ADULT NOVEL, means not for you children!!

Good Morning Everyone! (Or if you live somewhere where it is not morning...Happy Thursday Everyone! :))

I just finished an exciting release that will hit stores this coming Tuesday!  I'm so excited to share it with you!!

From Goodreads:

One-night stands are supposed to be with someone convenient, or wickedly persuasive, or regrettable. They aren’t supposed to be with someone like him.

But after a crazy Vegas weekend celebrating her college graduation—and terrified of the future path she knows is a cop-out—Mia Holland makes the wildest decision of her life: follow Ansel Guillaume—her sweet, filthy fling—to France for the summer and just…play.

When feelings begin to develop behind the provocative roles they take on, and their temporary masquerade adventures begin to feel real, Mia will have to decide if she belongs in the life she left because it was all wrong, or in the strange new one that seems worlds away.

My Thoughts:

I am so excited that Christina Lauren have come out with a new series, which is still of the similar genre as their Beautiful Bastard Series!  Sweet Filthy Boy is the first book in the Wild Season Series, which will be followed by Dirty Rowdy Thing which will be released this November, which will follow the story of Harlow, one of Mia's best friends, and Finn, one of Ansel's good friends!

Anyway, I loved this book!  While people getting married in Las Vegas is usually a total turn off for me, this one just made it hilarious! Especially with the fact that Mia didn't remember doing so the next morning!

Mia took a serious risk moving to Paris, but in the end the reader will see it was the best thing she could have done, especially with her controlling father, who wished something upon her that would have made her miserable for the rest of her life!

Along with the great and sometimes funny story, there were some extremely juicy sex scenes!  They definitely found their chemistry there! LOL just kidding...sort of...Mia and Ansel did have great chemistry in other ways too, but only when they were actually talking to one another and getting to know each other...when they were already married.

One thing that I wasn't a huge huge fan of was the ending.  It felt a little rushed to me.

SPOILER!!! DO NOT READ AHEAD IF YOU DON'T WANT IT RUINED FOR YOU!!!!

I thought Mia forgave Ansel a bit too easily.  Her horniness was all too forgiving, for the mess Ansel made by keeping all those secrets.  I'm not saying they shouldn't have gotten back together, but she had pretty much all ready forgiven him, after she had left him in Paris, before she even spoke to him.

END OF SPOILER!!! IT'S SAFE TO READ AGAIN!!!

Overall rating:

It was a cute novel! And I'm definitely really looking forward to reading the next one in the series!!  Especially since Harlow seems like an awesome sassy character!

Sweet Filthy Boy by Christina Lauren will hit book stores and online stores this coming Tuesday, May 13th!  Definitely check it out if you get a chance! If you liked their Beautiful Bastard series, then you'll be sure to enjoy this one!! :)

You can preorder your copies at Amazon or Barnes and Noble, or where ever you buy your books! :)

Hope everyone is having a good week!! Finals are ALMOST here for me, UGH!!! Next week is study hell week!  And the week after that Finals! But then school is done for the summer!!! :)

Have a great rest of the week everyone! :)
